Ok.  Got all the text changes incorporated.  But, I'm not sure about the 
renumbering.  Do you like the top down approach?  It sure makes the TOC
look better.

Actually, the more I look at it, the more I think you're right.  So, I'll
be re-arranging for the next bit, then re-spellcheck, then re-e-mail
for final once-overs.
