The draft is looking good, Dave. I have a couple of suggestions but I'll
wait to hear from you before submitting any text.
I suggest we describe the validity constraints for every element and
attribute. Some of the constraints are already enforced by the DTD but
others will need to be done in code. For example, the 'id' attribute is the
'vendor' element MUST be unique across all 'vendor' elements but this is not
enforced by the DTD.
Secondly, I did have an XML Schema definition that matched the XML but
enforced most, if not all, of the validity constraints. It is probably
out-of-date now but I can update it if you think it is worth including in
the draft.
