With all the problems I've been having, I switched to Static IPs, and then
updated my DNS with my hosting company.  (Of course, then they dropped the
whole zone, and it's taken them 2 days to fix it.)  If I have any other
problems,  I'll start doing my own DNS again, and forget about hosting
companies.

Anyway, the *good* news is, I have static IP addresses, so you don't have
to bother with http://www.frascone.com/localip* stuff any more.

Just use cvs.frascone.com as the machine:

export CVSROOT=:pserver:USER [at] 
cvs.frascone.com:/shared/public/external_access_cvsroot
