RE: Strawman -10/EMSK deletion requirement?

I would agree with Joe here that the actual text (to the extent we have
been discussing this) belongs in an EMSK specific document. However,
there are places in the EAP keying document that state "MUST NOT cache
keying materials..." - I wonder if those can be changed in accordance
with the consensus we have on the topic. 

Also, what would be the home going forward for the EAP keying extensions
work?
