Rationale/Explanation of issue:

The name AAA-Key is misleading since it creates a dependency between EAP
keying and AAA services.  EAP keying does not require the use of AAA service
so this name should not be used.  A better name would be application master
key.

Requested change:

Change AAA-Key to application master session key.
