EAP WG last call has now concluded on the EAP State Machine draft,
draft-ietf-eap-statemachine-02.txt and .pdf.

Only a single comment was received on the document, which raises the
question as to whether the lack of comments was due to very high document
quality, or lack of review by WG participants.

To disambiguate between these two possibilities, I'd ask WG participants
who have reviewed the document and have an opinion as to whether the
document is ready for RFC publication to post their opinions to the list
by Thursday, March 18, 2004.  At that point we'll make a decision as to
whether the document is ready to send to the IESG for publication as an
Informational RFC.
