4.6.5.  AC Name with Priority

   The AC Name with Priority message element is sent by the AC to the
   WTP to configure preferred ACs.  The number of instances of this

Yong Zhang brought up the following to my attention on draft -12. I have
created issue 179 to track this, but I consider this a minor change - it
does not impact interoperability in any way.

Yes, I felt the name was OK, and a change was unnecessary. We can change
it, but I don't view that as critical. We can address this if we have a
chance before publication.
