No, there is lots of interest, hence Dorothy being involved. However, we are 
not designing a MAC or a PHY, so the IEEE doesn't touch these problems. They 
tried with 802.11f with limited success. So people feel this is a protocol 
issue, not a MAC or a PHY and therefore belongs in IETF.
