Why not discuss this issue in IEEE 802? We talked about this at the meeting. We are NOT touching any of the 802.11 protocols. What we do must work with ALL IEEE 802.11 standards, hence the LWAPP architecture. Dorothy had lots to talk about why IEEE 802 doesn't need/want to touch this work, but I can let her answer since she is the IEEE liason. PatC
